just wanted to write to attest to the fact that I’ve never
seen care in packaging until I received a shipment from Deruta
Imports!
“In
the summer, I ordered two BEAUUUUUUUUUTIFUL fish-shaped platters.
I was buying one for a friend who loves to cook, and loves
serving and love seafood...so it was the perfect gift. But
when I saw it online I HAD TO HAVE ONE TOO! So I ordered
two of them; and when they arrived, they were so very very
carefully packed, with double cardboard, pieces of styrofoam
cut to the size of the box, nicely wrapped and all secured
in the shipping box.
“Those
amazingly beautiful platters, with their fine handpainted
designs that are a joy to have in my kitchen, and a joy to
my friend's kitchen, arrived in perfect condition. I was
overjoyed when I unpacked them -- I couldn’t stop
looking at these beautiful (and practical) pieces of art. I'm
sooooo glad I bought one for myself! If I had opened the box,
and only had one....it may never have been sent to my friend
for her birthday! Oh...and by the way -- I was able to re-use
the box to ship the platter to my friend (from California to
Nashville with care and love)...and the sturdy packaging survived
the second shipping as well!
