Return
Policy
Return requests will be accepted for a period of 7 days after
customer receipt of order for store credit only. All returns
must be authorized and given an authorization number. An authorization
number can be obtained by calling our toll-free line: 1-866-337-8821.
Returns received without an authorization number will be refused
and returned to the customer.
It
is our sincere goal to make our customers happy the first time!
In an effort to avoid returns, if you are trying to match an
existing pattern that you already own, and have any doubts about
how well our majolica will match what you already own, PLEASE
call us BEFORE ordering to discuss your individual situation.
We
have a great deal of knowledge about sources for old and new majolica
and we are always happy to help make the best match possible with
the majolica you own (including referring you to one of our competitors
if we feel we cannot supply a close match).
Because
there are hundreds of majolica factories in Italy, some of whom
have been producing majolica for over 50 years, the variations
in the execution of a traditional pattern can be mind-boggling!
Again,
if you are trying to match our products with existing pieces,
PLEASE CALL US before you place an order—we may be forced
to refuse a return if our product simply “does not match”
the majolica you already own.
